Artifacts using hadoop3-3-testutils version 1.0.0.7.1.8.5-1

This module provides atomic file-system semantics required by HBase when running on object-store based FileSystem implementations that can not natively offer those semantics. It does this by locking, so operations may not be fast, but should be transactional.
