Artifacts using fftw-platform version 3.3.7-1.4

The ezFFTW artifact provides methods for executing Fast Fourier Transforms. It wraps parts of the FFTW javacpp preset by bytedeco, which provides native bindings to the FFTW library. The purpose of this artifact is to provide an easy to use interface for executing FFTs.
