Binds Embabel agents into AgentSpaces (spec §10): Embabel @Agent metadata
becomes AgentCards, and @SpaceTake actions become leased worker loops. The
adapter reads Embabel annotations reflectively by fully qualified name, so
it compiles with no Embabel artifact and activates only when Embabel is on
the application classpath.
