Durable multi-host PostgreSQL adapter for the execution-store, graph-definition and execution-manifest ports (ADR 0040). Included in the standalone server and the default distribution: a deployment selects it at startup with RAVENROOT_EXECUTION_STORE=postgresql, and the server supplies its pooled DataSource.
