Server component of the local server to be started as separate process on the client side. "ls" means "local server", which is a server running locally on the same computer as its client. "cproc" means "client process", i.e. the process is supposed to run on a client computer. The server computer running the main CloudStore server does not require a separate JVM for the local server -- the local server runs in the same JVM as the main server.
