A library to give systems the ability to have plugins, make them more pluggable and hence add pluggability
(it's late - that makes sense in my head).
Bill of Materials (BOMs)
BOMs define dependency versions for a set of related artifacts.
Import a BOM to keep versions consistent across those dependencies.
