SLF4J MDC correlation interceptor for MCP handler invocations. Contributes a single MethodInterceptor that stamps mcp.session, mcp.handler.kind, and mcp.handler.name onto the MDC for the duration of each handler call so every log line — including lines from user handler code — carries correlation context automatically.
