Bill of Materials (BOM) for CloudForge — import as type pom / scope import.
Modules: cloudforge-core, cloudforge-api, cloudforge-ministack, cloudforge-localstack.
Sample entrypoint: cfc-testing (not in BOM). cloudforge-manager-deployment and
cloudforge-manager are no longer part of this BOM/reactor — split into their own private repos
(CloudForgeCI/cloudforge-manager-deployment, CloudForgeCI/cloudforge-manager), each with a
standalone pom.xml and independent versioning.
