Thin HTTP wrapper around CloudForgeSynthesizer (cloudforge-api) -- the one door into
jsii/AWS-CDK synthesis. Runs as a same-task sidecar container next to a native-image-compiled
cloudforge-manager, which no longer links against jsii at all.
