AI-powered GitHub pull request triaging agent for the adk-java repository, implemented with the Google ADK for Java. Labels pull requests and checks them against the contribution guidelines. Runs in both interactive mode (local CLI / adk web) and unattended GitHub Actions workflow mode. Runnable via com.example.adkprtriaging.AdkPrTriagingAgentRun.
