AI-powered GitHub issue triaging agent for the adk-java repository, implemented with the Google ADK for Java. Runs in both interactive mode (local CLI / adk web) and unattended GitHub Actions workflow mode. Runnable via com.example.adktriaging.AdkTriagingAgentRun.
