Slim, embeddable LLM orchestration for NeuCore (provider/routing/pipeline + AIOrchestratorService). Depends only on neucore-core-api for DTOs — no datasource / Kafka / Hazelcast / KG beans — so it can be added to a bare Quarkus app (e.g. NeuSBOM) and boot with quarkus.datasource.enabled=false.
