Tencent Cloud CLS observability SDK for Spring AI 1.x.
Subscribes to the Micrometer Observations that Spring AI emits natively
(ChatClient / ChatModel / Advisor / ToolCalling / EmbeddingModel /
VectorStore) and uploads them as OpenTelemetry spans to Tencent Cloud CLS
over the standard OTLP/HTTP protocol, following the CLS GenAI Trace spec.
