Reads UBL 2.1 invoices and credit notes and UN/CEFACT CII D16B invoices into ESJ documents from the binding tables of model/bindings, with a streaming XML parser and a memory cost that does not grow with the number of invoice lines, and writes an ESJ document back out as any of the three from the same tables.
