Validates a UBL 2.1 or UN/CEFACT CII invoice against the official validation artefacts of its profile: the XML Schema modules of the syntax and the compiled Schematron of EN 16931 and of the CIUS. The artefacts are not reimplemented here. They are carried as data in the validation packs of the repository, which this module packages and executes.
