The Competence Center "Next Generation Services" (CC NGS) researches key technologies for novel services in next generation networks. CC NGS consists of four technology clusters: Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Privacy Preserving Technologies (PPT), Context Aware Services (CAS) and Pervasive Communication (PerCom). Research and development focuses on aspects such as usability, privacy, adaptiveness and pervasiveness.
