Optional GraalJS-backed JavaScript UDF and stored-procedure runtime for Frostlake,
contributed to the engine as a UdfLanguageRuntime ServiceLoader SPI. Keeps the GraalVM JavaScript
dependencies out of the core frostlake-db artifact — add this module to the classpath to enable
LANGUAGE JAVASCRIPT.
