Single source of truth for Compose @Composable and constructor adapter signatures. Consumed by the KetoyVM compiler plugin (validation + IR lowering) and by KSP (adapter codegen). The binary catalog (adapter-catalog.bin) is the stability gate for Material3/Compose API drift.
