Standalone, self-contained `java -jar` command-line entry point (FlowCli) over selenide-flows' FlowDiscovery/FlowRuntime. Split out from selenide-flows itself so that module's own Selenide dependency can be `provided` (deferring to a consumer's own installation) without breaking this module's need to bundle a real Selenide into its shaded jar - see selenide-flows/README.md for why.
