Code-first OpenAPI contract for the Essentials admin/monitoring *Api SPIs (locks, queues, scheduler, event-store, CDC, statistics). The committed openapi/essentials-admin-api.yaml is generated from the SPI interfaces by reflection and kept in sync by a drift test; it is the single source of truth consumed by the admin-api-client-* modules.
