Backend-agnostic motion-capture primitives: the APNG encoder, the `@InteractionPreview` script expansion (gesture timeline + recording window), and the APNG frame-delay rationals. Shared by the desktop and Robolectric renderers so a capture's recording window is derived once rather than per backend.
