Java JNI bindings for supranational/blst — a BLS12-381 signature library that is fast, secure, and has no external dependencies. Used by the DecentralChain node for BLS-based threshold signatures and zkSNARK verifier operations. Forked from Decentral-America/blst (upstream supranational/blst v0.3.16) with full upstream history and DCC production hardening.
