Ready-to-use REST web layer that exposes every module (model providers, knowledge, workflow, agent, tools, observability) over HTTP. Built on Spring MVC (servlet) for the request/response surface; token-level SSE for AI chat lives in the sibling agent-start-completion module (WebFlux) to keep the streaming stack off Tomcat threads. Import this starter and endpoints under /api/v1/* become available with CORS wide open — no login, no user model.
