Command-line entry point over the JDK HttpTransport and Jackson 3 JsonCodec. The plain artifact is a normal (non-executable) jar of just this module's own classes; the executable uber-jar for `java -jar` is published separately under the `all` classifier (typesafe-java-cli-VERSION-all.jar), so a plain dependency on typesafe-java-cli never pulls in unrelocated, bundled copies of its dependencies.
