MappingTypeSafeClient, a TypeSafeClient decorator that maps a record's
@Noul/@Choice/@Score-annotated components into an EvaluateRequest and the response back into
an instance of that same record, via reflection, so a caller gets a typed record instead of
Map<String, Answer> and a manual cast. Depends only on typesafe-java-core.
