Marker annotations (@ApiContract, @ApiDomain) placed on API interfaces and on package-info files. This is the only compile-scope dependency an API contract module needs.

Boots a server-less Spring context, registers a documentation-only proxy per @ApiContract interface, groups them by @ApiDomain and writes one OpenAPI 3.1 document per domain. Consumed in test scope by API contract modules.
