Starter for building Summer web applications. Depends on the core starter
(DI, AOP, transactions, bootstrap, logging) and adds the HTTP stack
(web routing, Netty server, middleware) plus the JSON binding. Pull this
in instead of listing the individual summer-* modules by hand.
Bill of Materials (BOMs)

Import a BOM to keep versions consistent across those dependencies.
