The user-facing test dependency: one artifact for the whole test toolchain —
the @SummerTest infrastructure (summer-test) plus the optional database test resources
(summer-test-db). The core infrastructure itself stays testcontainers-free; the bulk is the
user's explicit choice here, exactly like spring-boot-starter-test.
