Drivers receive a TransportRequest and produce a Flux of TransportEvent — chat template rendering, tool encoding, and magic functions live inside driver implementations. The driver SPI (Driver, DriverInstance, HealthCheck, HealthStatus, DriverAddresses, DriverErrors) now lives in franca-ir (io.franca.ir.driver).
