Optional ImageIO reader backed by libvips via Project Panama.
Adds cross-platform support (macOS, Linux, Windows) for HEIC, AVIF, WebP,
JPEG 2000, PDF, SVG, EXR, FITS, and more. Requires libvips installed on
the system. Not included in the imageio-native aggregator — add this
dependency explicitly to opt in.
