Framework-agnostic Argo binary wire-format primitives for GraphQL — the WireType model, ArgoEncoder/ArgoDecoder, the ArgoWireSchema registry format, and the ArgoScalarCodec SPI. No Spring dependency; gql-argo-server-starter and gql-argo-client-starter both depend on this module so they always agree on the wire representation.
