Intuvance fork of the OpenMRS Initializer module. The Initializer processes the content of the configuration folder when it is found inside OpenMRS application data directory. This fork changes one behaviour, applied in four line processors: a content package line that declares no concept mappings, concept set members or answers, descriptions, or drug reference maps no longer deletes what the concept or drug already had.
