An EnvironmentPostProcessor injects sane spring.cloud.config.* defaults and the configserver:// config import so consumers only set starter.config.uri (plus optional credentials) — no bootstrap.yml and no spring.config.import boilerplate. Retry, timeouts, fail-fast and @RefreshScope work out of the box.
