A framework-agnostic declarative HTTP engine: describe how to talk to a REST API as plain data (a spec), and the core executes it. Handles OAuth2 with token refresh, four built-in pagination modes plus pluggable strategies, declarative post-receive response shaping, SSRF guards, redirect safety, and design-time searchable/paginated dropdowns via describe(...). Ships a JDK HttpClient transport and lets you plug in your own.
