The program that authors a Theme and saves it as a .limntheme file, which an application loads with ThemeFormat from limn-toolkit; not a library. The jar names ThemeEditorApp as its Main-Class and the POM brings a backend and every fallback face, so `jbang io.github.limn-toolkit:limn-theme-editor:<version>` opens it.
