A PostgreSQL driver for Kotlin that speaks Wire Protocol v3.2 directly: types read from your catalog, COPY, LISTEN/NOTIFY, large objects and TLS. Blocking by design and pin-free on virtual threads. Requires PostgreSQL 18 or newer.
