Log4j2 adapter for the ntfy notification engine: an AbstractAppender plugin exposing a declarative <Ntfy> element for log4j2.xml, plus a one-line programmatic installer that survives log4j2 reconfiguration. Maps Log4j2 LogEvents onto ntfy-core's framework-neutral AlertEngine.
