Opt-in functional code-coverage capability for Juke-driven test runs.
Reads the live JaCoCo agent in-process and exposes a coverage report
for the application under test. Inert unless juke.coverage.enabled=true,
so a single application artifact carries it across local / UAT / prod
with zero runtime cost when the property is off and no agent attached.
