Open HTML to PDF is a CSS 2.1 renderer written in Java. This artifact provides Liang hyphenation (break points for a word) with bundled permissively licensed patterns for German (1996 spelling), Spanish and US English, and reads a stylesheet's hyphenation policy (hyphens, hyphenate-limit-chars, --hyphenate-exceptions, per-element lang) to put soft hyphens into text before layout. It has no dependencies and does not change the renderer by itself.
