A pluggable auto-healing locator framework for Selenium 4.
When findElement() throws NoSuchElementException, configurable
IHealingStrategy implementations attempt to locate the element
using stem-based attribute probing, XPath text search, CSS class
fallback, and DOM sibling walking — transparently healing stale
locators without any changes to existing Page Objects.
