AdHoc Cube

Functional recipes (advanced measures, example datasets) on top of adhoc-cube. The natural single-module entry point for callers who don't want to pick engine layers individually.

Table-side stack: ITableWrapper, JOOQ-backed table impls, in-memory table, query/table types. Depends only on adhoc-cell and below; does not depend on the cube/engine layer.

Holds integration tests, to ensure hardcoded mutators are the same as the one that would be found with classpath-scanning (for GraalVM support).
