JNI binding to the Rust wit-parser crate, resolving a WIT file's interfaces and functions into Java objects. Build-time only -- not used at WASM runtime.

Maven plugin generating abstract WasmComponentContext implementations from WIT interfaces, so custom component contexts only need to implement typed abstract methods instead of hand-writing the interface/version/getImportFunctions plumbing.
