Cloud KMS-backed hot wallet signing for the Web3 Wallet SDK. 0.1.0 implements SigningKey on top of AWS KMS for secp256k1 (EVM/Tron) and Ed25519 (Solana) without exposing private key material. Google Cloud KMS / Azure Key Vault are planned for later releases.
