OpenAI 兼容 HTTP 代理（LiteLLM proxy 模式）：基于 JDK com.sun.net.httpserver，把 sureai GatewayClient 的多供应商路由/故障转移能力以 OpenAI 兼容 API 暴露。任何 OpenAI SDK 把 baseUrl 指向本代理即可使用全部平台能力。零新依赖，仅依赖 sure-ai-gateway 与 sure-ai-core，平台 Client 由使用方编程式注册。
