The owned analysis model: immutable, dependency-free records describing what a frontend knows about an entity — identity, attributes with exact declared types, annotation facts, id-ness, nesting and inheritance structure. Frontends produce it; generators consume it. Deliberately has ZERO dependencies. The vendor-neutral generation SPI joins additively once its specification lands — recorded deferral, not an omission.
