KiteJS with the Rhino engine underneath: kitejs-api and kitejs-rhino in one dependency, under the coordinates KiteJS had before it could run more than one engine. Kept for existing builds and removed at 1.0; new code depends on kitejs-api and the engine it wants, kitejs-rhino or kitejs-quickjs.
