QuickJS-ng, the C JavaScript engine, bound to the KiteJS API for Kotlin Multiplatform. The same engine on Android, iOS, macOS, Linux, Windows, the JVM, JavaScript and WebAssembly, with the whole of ECMAScript 2024 and most of what came after.

Runs the JavaScript that PDF documents carry, on the KiteJS engine: document-level scripts and JavaScript actions, under an instruction budget so a script cannot hang the app. Every other KitePDF module stays free of any script engine.
