Serves Swagger UI (vendored swagger-ui-dist, Apache-2.0) over the Chappe engine at /openapi/ui, pointed at the Grimm-served /openapi document (same origin, no CORS). The UI is mounted programmatically by a VidocqExtension via ChappeMountPoint + StaticFileHandler.
