Consumed via <annotationProcessorPaths> in maven-compiler-plugin; Maven resolves the transitive dependencies declared below into APT paths automatically. Wired by default through the pluginManagement of vidocq-runtime-parent (applications) and vidocq-runtime-build (this reactor), so modules inherit it without restating anything.
