AsciidoctorJ converter for the `typst` backend: walks the Asciidoctor AST and emits Typst source (.typ) for the Typst print target (IKE-Network/ike-issues#1307, design topic dev-document-surface-pages). The network.ike.docs.typst package is the seed of the shared Typst writer library (document setup, text escaping) that Komet's block-model writer will consume as well.
